Visits and quotes
How much is the visit fee?
R$ 90. It is deducted if you approve the repair.
Does the technician fix it on the same visit?
In most cases, yes. If a specific part has to be bought, we arrange a return visit with no new visit fee.
Can I choose the exact time?
You choose the day and the time of day, morning or afternoon. In the confirmation, we give you the technician's arrival window.
Payment and guarantee
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pix, debit card and credit card in up to three interest-free installments.
How does the guarantee work?
Every repair has a 90-day guarantee. If the same problem comes back in that period, we come back at no cost.
Service
Do you handle emergencies at night?
No. We work Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm, always by appointment.
Do you work for businesses and condominiums?
Yes, for small jobs. For maintenance contracts, use the contact page.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Yes, or another adult who can approve the quote.
